    1. Haha didn`t have to carry you much thanks for dealing with the huge difference in weight on the getups. Also not having to say anything while going to be in perfect synch was a huge help lol great job partner!

    Pierre you were a great partner… but also a great coach! You pushed me way out of my confort zone. Hope I didn’t hold you back too much. My shoulders and legs were feeling very tired after all those thrusters last night! Two days in a row of stuff like this will help my endurance.
