Intramural peeps – pull out your tickle trunks. This Friday’s theme is 80’s Night! At (or around) 6:30, we’ll be taking team photos. The team with the most 80’s costumes will take 5 spirit points. Only 6 points separate the teams, so it could be close.

    Total reps = 71
    (Completed 5 rounds + 1 length of lunges. Was 2 steps shy of getting my 2nd length of lunges finished)
    Note for next time…..try RXing at 35#. This was a bigger leg burn that shoulder burn.

    I think I chose a bit heavy! My left arm is weak and most of my steps were with my right foot .. My right arm I did alternating steps.. I need to practice those I guess!
