If these movements look familiar, they should! They’ve been in the Open every year for the last 6 years. And if I were a betting man, I’d bet that they’ll all show up this year too. So today will not only be a great workout. It will also serve as data that can help you determine how to break up your sets, should they appear in the Open. Try to max out for each movement. Push it. Rest. Then move on to the next. If you need help figuring our strategies during the Open, ask a coach. We’d love to help.
