    My last time was 12:28. I increased the weight by 5 lbs. and was going for 12:27. Going great. Arms killing me but working through the pain. Mind obviously stopped working and in the last set I did 15 presses instead of 9. Time 12:29. The mean coach does not reward stupidity so he wouldn’t let me shave off a few seconds for the extra 6 presses. Oh well, next time JT. Awesome job am crew.
