    Wall Balls -sets of 15…felt good 52 in total
    Burpees -didn’t count anything else but I was moving through the burpees well…stepping back instead of jumping made me go faster
    Weighted Lunges (45/25#)
    Ring Dips – i did 10 strict ring dips and spent the rest of the time doing strict slow negatives on the rings

    Big class….fun to have that many people in a class
