Some of you saw the teams on our FB page last night. Here they are, along with the scoring system for the Open. We’ll be posting some ways to earn additional points throughout the next 5 weeks as well, so keep an eye out.

    5# PR! Hit 250# as my 1RM in May 2018 just before Nationals and haven’t attempted it since, felt good today

    First min of DU I kept going into the lunges because it was a PR, so I went to 110 and then stopped myself to get the lunges in, but that’s why that round is a bit lower.
    My forearms quit by the final DU round and I tripped about 4 times

    I’d like to say I followed a pattern and added weight logically, but no..
    My last recorded max was 95# (even I shook my head at that) finished with 110#
    Not bad Mel, not bad!

    Disappointed in skipping reps, also hair elastic issues slowed down lunges.. Pushups were NOT pretty ..

  14. 3rd class in 6 or 7 weeks, I took it as easy as I could as I would like to not be too sore to come back a few times this week. This is the longest I’ve ever been absent from the gym in my 9+ years being a member 🙁
