    WOD: 119 squats and 8:51 for my run. Same # of squats as last time and 3 second PR on the run.

  21. What a great Oly class tonight! As usual lots to learn and much to gain from focusing on the technical aspects of lifts. And just when you’re busy focusing on technique, BAM! Up goes some weight you’ve never lifted before!

    Max weight for the night clean and split jerk 125# a match for my clean pr and my regular jerk, but a big pr for my split jerk which has always been lower and now isn’t
