    did 5 burpees every 150 m and change to 10 burpees every corner of the 800 m loop.

    Broken into: 5x800m with 10 burpees at the 4 stops signs with the exception of the last round, I saved 30 burpees for inside the gym.
    Next time do 4x800m with 40 burpees inside the gym. Ouchie knees from the pavement.

  5. Well today marks my 7th month at CFM… what a wod to do!!
    Time: 48:31… longest wod I have EVER done to date

    Did 10 rounds 400 m run and 20 burpees…. burpees are very hard on the knees

    Have no idea what my time was. I was just happy to be run and skip!!!

    Last WOD was Sept. 21st. Feels great to be back even though I will be doing modified WOD’s for quite some time! Still on a high from tonight’s modified WOD!
