I did 200 cal bike and 200 burpees.
Broke it as 10 rounds of
20 cal bike and 20 burpees.

6 rounds in the pace slowed, round 8 started to fatigue on the bike, burpees were very consistent.

Did not know if there was a 4k marker, so did 3K + 800m + 200m. Finished run at 27 min. Felt great.
Then into the gym, peeled off some layers for 200 burpees. Used 10 pennies to keep count (20 burpees/ penny). Steady pace. Changed direction every 20.
