  1. First time doing this workout!
    50:05 RX
    Split into 5 rounds of 20 burpees and 400m. Then 10 Burpees 200m 10 Burpees on side of road 200m for 5 more rounds.
    It was frigging cold and windy. Made it hard to breathe in.

    Started with 20 burpees, then 1200m run with 10 Burpees at everything 200m marker

    Long run was a mistake because of the wind. Next year I’ll try 400 or 800m runs depending on the wind

    56 something

    5 rounds
    20 burpees
    Shuffle to 400m mark – 5 burpees
    Shuffle to 800m mark – 10 burpees
    Shuffle to 400m Mark -5 burpees
    Shuffle back to gym

  4. “The Fallen”
    – 4km
    – 200 Burpees

    No time pr this year but did each burpee rx

    Broken up as:

    – Run 1200m doing 10 Burpess every 200m marking (120)
    – Run 800m doing 10 Burpess every 400 marking(40)

    In the remaining runs below I finished the 40 remaining Burpess
    – 5x 400m run

    Time > 48:38

    Broken up into 20 rounds of 200m and 10 burpees. The wind was very strong making it cold, so I did not mind this method.

    Next time with 20# vest and not broken up.
