  1. Decided on Thursday to take a rest day today but I guess I forgot to cancel it on the schedule. Sorry. Looks like a fun workout though. I would definitely bring out my “Robocop” arms 🙂

    10 minutes of HSPU (green bands) – 66
    5 minutes of squats – 215
    2 minute pullups (rings) – 18
    1 minute of pushups – 17
    Total: 316
    Fun workout! Amazing HSPUs Gilles!

    10 minutes of HSPU (Red and Yellow bands) – 38
    5 minutes of squats – 128
    2 minutes of pullups – 28
    1 minute of pushups – 21
    Total = 215

    First time I ever completed even one HSPU. My balance is awful!
    Great work Gillyon! Your squats alone equal my total! Crazy.
