  1. was kinda nervous coming into this.. but… FUN. this was a really fun saturday. and once ya got down a rhythm, it went pretty good :). great job everyone. enjoy the weekend. Another good luck to all the mudders this weekend too.

  2. 75-95-115-135-160 (2 reps shy of finishing)

Wells what didn’t go as planned. Tore my bicep on the last back squat. Thanks for the help everyone. I was kinda useless after.

Lots of big weights went up today. Very cool to see.

    1. awesome job on this one kevin.. freaked me out a bit when i saw that bar sliding down your back with your freaking hands still on it! lol.. i was like “let the f______ thing go!” 🙂 big weight!

      1. Looked scarier if you were standing behind him actually. I thought he dumped the bar from overhead on his last rep of the set.

    2. I am glad you are o.k…that looked scary when you did it.
      It was fun watching everyone.

Wallie (cockapoo) says he has thought about his behavior and feels really bad he was a tool to undeserving Carly. He sends his apologies.

  3. Sooo, tackled a bear this morning.. Somebody apparently poked him just before? Lol.. This was a really fun WOD, which looked scary as hell on paper.. Got through 135 on the 4 th round and would have been quite happy to call it a day right there.. But of course Bachmann pushed me to try 150 (push maybe not the right word, he attempted it so of course I had to! Lol) and got through 5 rounds complete at 150.. Very happy with this number!
And many thanks to Corinna for walking/snapping my back! It helped!
    Happy weekend fella xfitters!

  4. 65-85-95-115-125

Very happy with my results, tried 135 before the 125 and the first clean did not feel good so went down to 125.

Tackling a bear is no easy feat but everyone did great on it have a good weekend everyone.

    1. You got through 105# some fast! (or maybe I was just really slow…LOL)

Nice job this morning Lance 🙂

Only did 4 rounds but 95# was plenty heavy, 10# PR from Oct/10. Great Saturday morning, hope you all enjoy the weekend. Good luck to all those en route to the Tough Mudder!

  7. Fun time at Crossfit Moncton this morning…lots of people for the drop in, pukie visited (not me, thank god), bear wrestling (not to be confused with bare wrestling). Good times…good times.

First time tackling “the Bear”. I love the strength WODs and this was no different. Might have been able to go a bit heavier, but 105# was getting tough near the end.

    Great work everyone!!
