I am overwhelmed…with nervousness, with excitement, with the amount of support from members at the gym. I would never have thought in my life that a group of people would come together like you have to help Sonia and I. We will be forever grateful for all your words of encouragement and donations you have brought forth. Thank you! We will do our best to make you proud.

If you would like to keep up to date on the events in Calgary, there are a few ways. I’ll be doing the regular daily posts on this site, with video of the events. If you’re on Facebook, I’ll try to upload pictures every now and then. I’ll also make Twitter updates occasionally.

There is a site that will give you live updates, so you can see how we stack up against the competition.

  7. I’m going to have to cancel my 5:30 tonight…my back is still not 100%. And by the way Kevin…for the record…I put my back out ‘lifting’ super heavy (like 300bls) plant pots. I didn’t put my back out from ‘planting’ flowers 🙂 Good luck to you and Sonia. You both should be so proud! What an accomplishment.
