  3. Sad to miss the shoot-throughs again. 🙁
    Good luck everyone. My workout of the day will consist of lifting the wine glass up and down…would that be bicep curls? If so, I might wear heels to get in those calf raises.

    1. LOL Gill!! Just remember that stretching and a proper warm-up is important. Might I suggest you start your bicep workout with shot glasses and work your way up to wine. Send my best to Dave, hope he’s feeling better. 🙂 Cheers!

    I’m pretty proud I did this one as prescribed because the dead lifts were only 20lbs below my PR. The shoot throughs weren’t half as bad as last time I did them.
