5 Hang Squat Cleans
5 Push Press
5 Front Squats

Increase the load each cycle.
Bar cannot touch/rest on the ground during a set.
Rest as needed between each round.

  5. Kevin and I didn’t get to do today’s workout in the midst of all the craziness so we stuck around to do one on our own. Did this months ABC Wod. I scaled the back squat weight from 155# to 135#..still felt heavy.

  9. Well, I never posted my results, b/c I didn’t think I would be on the site on a regular basis. The Crossfit addiction is more far reaching than I thought! So, I guess I’m gonna start posting.

    Fun, but very tough WOD for me. Anything shoulders seems to be my goat (one of my goats). Nonetheless, it was fun to make it out on a Saturday, great energy out there. AND I got myself a very fast pair of red shoes! I took them out for a test run this afternoon – ran 2out of 6km in them.

    QOD from yesterday…
    I’ve done many WODs at home or in hotel rooms. It’s not my favourite thing but sometimes you have to make do. I’ve been out of routine in the last few weeks and I’m really looking forward to getting back on schedule and training with all of you at the gym again.
