5 rounds of:
5 Deadlifts
5 Hang Squat Cleans
5 Push Press
5 Front Squats

Increase the load each cycle.
Bar cannot touch/rest on the ground during a set.
Rest as needed between each round.

    Loads = 95-115-135-155-175(x) … Dropped 4th front squat @ 175#, so close! πŸ™‚
