    WOD at 95# with Nick and Mario R in 31:56.
    Great workout.

  4. I now have great respect for the coaches keeping us on track and making sure we accomplish everything in class.. I once again did OG with a great list of things to do, and ended up chatting on the sidelines!! I tried Grace again today and managed a small ruck wod.. Next time – Focus!! 😄

    Today I got to do class with Baukje and Emilie.. So much fun! Fair warning to all my future ‘partners’ .. You do the counting, because I suck at wod partner math! 😂
    Thanks to coach Chantal for telling me to stop over thinking my movements.. I am trying, really I am!
