Team WOD

***Poker game at the gym tonight! Show up at 9pm! $10 per game.

In teams of three, complete each three minute station. There will be a one minute rest between exercises. All team members will be working at the same time and will add their reps at the end to get a team total. Also, each team will start at a different station (randomly drawn).

Station 1: Push Press (45#)
Station 2: Pullups
Station 3: Thrusters (45#)
Station 4: Double Unders
Station 5: Burpees
Station 6: Box Jumps

    I did mine alone so score is very low. 171

      pull ups – 29 knee on RB
      DU’s – 53 (does all the single skipping in between count for anything?)
      thrusters – 32 (hated every single one!)
