    75 Chest-to-Bar Pullups – jumping C2B for me
    50 Synchronize Lunges
    25 Synchronized Burpees
    Run 800m (together)

    Time: 23:37
    Nick tapped out early on the burpees because he couldn’t catch his breath.
    Then he rowed instead of ran.

    1. Oh! And I did OG before with Amanda and Jenn :
      25 min AMRAP :
      10 sit-ups
      10 air squats
      10 hang power cleans @ 40#
      5 burpees

      Score: 9 rounds and 4 cleans
