  5. Today In OG I did a lot of mobility and some Hang Snatch and OHS holds .. Shoulders and wrists don’t like this much!

    I remember the board saying 70 cal rows..
    We started with a 10# ball and then Kevin decided we needed a 12#.. 🙄
