    I did this workout with two strong ladies Karen and Janelle..
    Although I had the bring idea to do Toes to Bar, I only managed 6, so i did the last 10 as knee raises..
    What a challenging workout! It should be named.. ‘All the things Mel sucks at!’🤣🤣 I am not sure i would enjoy it so much as a 1 person wod. 😉
