It was a great vibe at the gym… the nice part about having 40 sec rest between intervals was that I got to look at lots of people giving there all… usually I’m too focused on my own suffering to be aware of others around… I was thinking it was a good sample of what crossfit is for anyone taking a snapshot view of it…

I did kipping pull-ups with the purple band. First time kipping since being back. it feels so good, i felt like a pro!! A boss even!!!! 😀

What an awesome WOD! First time doing 100 pullups on the rings which was tough, but I am glad I could do it. The pushups were slow and painful and I could not wait to get to the situps.
Nice work Terry and Justin. I was able to stay with you on the pullups, but then you both blew past me on the pushups.
What an awesome WOD! First time doing Angie period, was nervous to attempt individual, but very glad I did. Anxious to be able to try it again in a bit when I’m prepared to scale less…or not at all!! I really liked it Tabata style cause I had scheduled rest and time devoted to pushing to the limit.

Scaled with large band for pull ups, was a little upset at first that that’s all that was left, but in the end thankful!! Ended up just right really.
After 55 strict pushups, I knew I’d hit a brick wall so went to small band.
