  1. Team Tabata Angie w/ Marcel (150 reps each exercise, sub w/ ring pull-ups)

    Score = 62 Intervals

Good job partner, that was quite the workout. Have a good week-end everyone!

      1. 60 intervals = 30 min
        + 1 interval = 30 sec
        + 1 last interval lasted = 1sec

        Crossfit Nerdism 😀

    1. Great work today partner. The ring pull-ups were brutal. Everything else I think we did great on, jut seemed like the pull-ups took forever.

  2. Sorry to be missing this one (well, my legs aren’t, but I am). Change for change perhaps?

Off to Bathurst for my Grandmother’s 90th birthday celebration…have a great weekend everyone!

  3. Individual Tabata Angie (on rings)

    58 Intervals

I think i liked that better than regular Angie? Nice to see so many people at the gym this morning!

    1. It was a great vibe at the gym… the nice part about having 40 sec rest between intervals was that I got to look at lots of people giving there all… usually I’m too focused on my own suffering to be aware of others around… I was thinking it was a good sample of what crossfit is for anyone taking a snapshot view of it…

    WU x 2

Team Tabata Angie with Elissa 🙂
(Using 20sec. work intervals with 10sec. rest)
    150 pullups
    150 pushups
    150 situps
    150 squats
We finished in 57 rounds in approx. 28-29min.

It was great working out with you Elissa !! Loved this workout 😀

    1. exact same workout, except WU X 1

I did kipping pull-ups with the purple band. First time kipping since being back. it feels so good, i felt like a pro!! A boss even!!!! 😀

Chantal you were sooo good!!! Loved how many push-ups you could do. good job!!! 😀

Jo you were sooo impressive!!!! I was keeping up with you on the squats, but it was HARD and i was getting 40 seconds rest between my sets. deff. in awe.

      1. You did sooo good Elissa !!! Pullups with purple band… my next goal AND you did REAL pushups, unlike me… I’ll get there 🙂 Good job on the squats girl, we were pretty good haha !!

  5. WOD: Individual

    100 pullups, 100 pushups, 100 situps, 100 squats

    68 rounds: 34 minutes

What an awesome WOD! First time doing 100 pullups on the rings which was tough, but I am glad I could do it. The pushups were slow and painful and I could not wait to get to the situps.
Nice work Terry and Justin. I was able to stay with you on the pullups, but then you both blew past me on the pushups.

Nice job on this one Joanna!

    Good fun today!

  6. WOD: Individual Tabata Angie
    100 pullups, 100 pushups, 100 situps, 100 squats
    44 rounds: 21minutes 36 sec

What an awesome WOD! First time doing Angie period, was nervous to attempt individual, but very glad I did. Anxious to be able to try it again in a bit when I’m prepared to scale less…or not at all!! I really liked it Tabata style cause I had scheduled rest and time devoted to pushing to the limit.
    Good fun today! 🙂

    1. Scaled with large band for pull ups, was a little upset at first that that’s all that was left, but in the end thankful!! Ended up just right really.
After 55 strict pushups, I knew I’d hit a brick wall so went to small band.

  7. Hey everyone,
Jeff Scott and I are having a blast at the Level 1 course and cannot wait to get back home to share the knowledge

  8. WOD with Heidi with medium blue band: 52 rounds… loved it! always fun to workout with a partner!
