    10 Floor Wipers(65#)
    15 Double Unders(kettlebell swings 35#)
    20 Squats(first 3 rounds, then 10 pushups for 4th round)
    4 rounds plus 2 pushups
    Ankles and right hip didn’t like me, but I showed up for fitness!
