Ron has graciously offered to open the gym tomorrow from 10-11:30am. No need to register. Just come in for a workout, lift some weights, or hang out with some friends.

Build to a heavy set

5 rounds
1 min Handstand Hold
5 Strict Ring Dips
10 Pushups

    Build to a heavy set: 40 to 70#

    5 rounds
    1 min Handstand Hold (against wall)
    5 Strict Ring Dips (negatives from rings)
    10 Pushups (negatives from toes)

    @ 15 min cap: 4 rounds + 6 pushups

    Compare to FEB.10/19: 12:09 (box for pushups & dips)
