    WOD:
    10 DU and 30 SU (just starting to get the hang of DUs so I wanted to incorporate them. Got a PR by stringing 10 together!)

    5 hang power cleans @ 75#
    5 burpees box jump overs

    Total: 5 rounds I think? I had a wardrobe malfunction that slowed me down quite a bit lol but I’m happy I got to practice my DUS!

    25 Double-unders – switched to singles after 4 rounds(calf issue)
    5 Hang Power Cleans (135#)
    5 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24″) – switched to 20″ burpee box step overs
