    200 m run (aka 250 cause I was right at the front of the class, thanks mike for pointing that out ahha)

    7 Rounds of:
    200 m run – Coming in at about 50 sec per round.
    Max hang power cleans (155#) – Came in first round did 5 and dropped the bar. Coach disagreed so I made an effort to hang on during hpc for 6 other rounds. Grip started to fail around round 6… rough workout.

    Total = 54 (if memory serves)
