Last week for the Paleo Challenge! Journals are due on Friday and your benchmark workouts need to be done between Wednesday and Friday. Also, body comps will also be done next weekend. Please bring in $25 to hold your spot.

  1. Fun morning. The warm up was even tough. Thanks Corinna.
    I liked reviewing the techniques in the group wu. I really tried to think about my form when I doing the wod.
    I chose option two
    5 rounds twenty min time cap
    400m run
    20 wallballs @ 8lbs
    I got four rounds in and about half of the 400m when the clock ran out.
    I like these cardio killers.
    I need to work on wallballs…I stop too much!

    WU x2 (200m run, 10 squats, 10 Wall balls, 10 push ups, 50 skips)
    Group WU

    WOD; scaled to 200m run + 30 wall balls @ 10#

    Completed 4 rounds + 200m run + 1 wall ball

    One word: Brutal!
