    Then did Christine’s abomination of a WOD

    Completed 27 pistols at the 15 minute time cap.

    I’ve had a great CrossFit week.

    I kicked up in to a handstand for the first time!!! I can’t wait to do it again!

    AMRAP in 2 minutes
    5 HSPU get scaled to pike push-ups on a 20″ box
    10 Russian Twists (2-count) – 10#
    Rest 1 min
    Complete 5 cycles

    Total : 194 reps
    That was a fun one!

    Deadlift – 1RM
    40% x 8 Rest 2 = 70
    60% x 5 Rest 2 = 100
    70% x 3 Rest 3 = 120
    80% x 1 Rest 3 = 135
    90% x 1 Rest 4 = 155
    100% x 1 Rest 5 = 170 (PR 10#)
    PR attempt = 175 (no go, couldn’t maintain good form)

    Have been using 170 as a 1RM because we hadn’t tested it for a while. Actual last 1RM was 160.

    Core cashout: 50 Plank switches
