    Re-did 15.1 from the Open

    AMRAP 9 minutes
    15 Toes to Bar
    10 Deadlifts 115#
    5 Snatch #115#

    Completed 1 round and 3 snatches at the time cap. (PR of 58 reps)

  2. OH Situps – Been awhile so started low
    15-35-65-75# (40# PR)
    Time left tried 85# but failed on 2nd rep and succeeded 3rd rep but failed 4th

    Thanks for sharing the bar Remi and pushing me to go higher on weight

    T2B – First 5 were T2B but after 20 Push Press it was all knee raises
