    Kind of a gross wod may have bled on my bar a little otherwise it fun was to just have a long grindfest.

    Strength – Power Clean w/ full squat
    New movement for me (only did it with the ‘hang’ part before)
    35# x 2 x 2, 45# x 2 x 2, 55# x 2 x 2 x 2 – didn’t go super heavy since I was still getting used to the movement.

    Wod – EMOTM
    Even – 10 HR push-ups (scaled to knees)
    Odd – 5 Cleans w/ full squat w/ 35#

    That was deceptively hard and I got cut off after the 12th round :(. Good call though because I might have puked before we got to 20 mins. Thanks Maria! And thanks for all the help and tips today!

    Ps. Everyone in the class was amazing – I still don’t know people well enough to tell you in person, but I was in awe of your abilities!

    1. Great job today Lisa! It takes a little bit to learn any new movement, so we’ll work on that and then up the intensity :).
