Strength – Power Clean w/ full squat
New movement for me (only did it with the ‘hang’ part before)
35# x 2 x 2, 45# x 2 x 2, 55# x 2 x 2 x 2 – didn’t go super heavy since I was still getting used to the movement.
Wod – EMOTM
Even – 10 HR push-ups (scaled to knees)
Odd – 5 Cleans w/ full squat w/ 35#
That was deceptively hard and I got cut off after the 12th round :(. Good call though because I might have puked before we got to 20 mins. Thanks Maria! And thanks for all the help and tips today!
