    This was my first Saturday class, it was a blast. Congrats to folks that did FRAN. I have heard a lot about it, but, this was the first time I have seen it, very impressive.

    First time doing Fran, I was really nervious about this one, I am thankful with everyone for your support, I was able to hear some of you saying my name and that was alot encourage for me, happy with the time!! 🙂

    Had to do Fran for No Bread Challenge.

    21-15-9 of
    Thrusters (65 lbs)
    Pull ups (purple/ 2nd smallest band)

    8 mins and 20 some odd secs

    I remember doing a WOD a few weeks back that had a time cap of 50 mins. I finished in 56 mins. Fran was completed around 8:20 something and i was more wiped the 50 min WOD.
