    Really liked this WOD…though I think I probably wasted close to a minute in the first round as I screwed up the #’s…did an extra press, then took me a bit to figure out what the @#$% I was supposed to be doing for pullups. Happy with my result but I can do better. 😀

    1. I did that too..I did 3 presses in a row in my first round ..then I did a push press in my 2nd round? I guess that’s what happens when you do a 6am class 😉

    The pullups were by far the hardest part of that WOD. 85% of my max press would have been 70, but I miscalculated the weight I put on the bar and did 75 and it actually felt good 🙂 Happy with my result regardless of my slow time!
