    Tried T2B, got 4 in a row
    Weighted Pullups 3RM: 3x (ring rows, ring rows horizontal, blue band, pink band…first time, got 3) and then 2 sets of 3 negatives, those were the hardest
    Bent Over Row 3x (35, 45, 55)
    Clean Pulls (read that one wrong) so I did 5 X (55, 85, 90, 95, 95)

    Hollow Holds 3 sets with 30 secs. rest between each one. Got 1min., 30 secs. and 30 secs. Wow, those were hard! Nice to see all you cheerful early morning people!

  6. 1) Thanks again everyone for your feedback on yesterday’s WOD. It was fun to see all your great results on it.

    2) I missed it last night, but the folks from the prep class really stepped up in posting there results yesterday after tackling the “Deck of Death” WOD. That’s awesome. Some of our regulars should get in the habit of posting more often, or start posting… 😉

    1. … also it seems that having super sore pectoral muscles hinders your ability to properly use grammar. Or maybe that’s just me.
