    Ring Rows 10 x 3 sets (get as horizontal as possible – add weight if needed)
    First set on 24″ Box, then added a vest for the rest.

  5. Woke up with a sore back, wasn’t sure about today. After a warm-up, felt good. Kept it lightish though.
