  13. Bench Press

    This was a big win for me. I did my numbers off 110# thinking that was my PR but the reps felt good and Shane told me to bump my last set up and I did all five reps with relative easy. Realized afterwards that my actual PR is only 105# so even my initial percentages were higher than they should have been. Bench gains!

    15 / 20 / 20 / 20 – I was making it about 75% of the way before having to drop with the 20s.
