    105-125-145-165-175-185 Failed – 185 – scaled back down
    Cleans did not feel good today 🙁

  3. Complexes up to 115#…

    My 1RM C&J is 140#….this is why consistency with strength days are important… 115# was heavy today and I didn’t feel like doing them but I did a few sets of them for that exact reason.

    Very Happy shoulders agree with this movement, I wasn’t sure starting out.

    Dips from a box
    1 Mile run

    Working on form with Coach Level 2 Amanda’s help! Snap the knees, clench the butt. I got a few right at #110 but need to practice.

    Stopped at 115lb to work on form (faster elbows and getting under the bar , also on spilt to get into wider stance and bending the back leg )
