  1. I woke up at 6am with my snow pants on, big boots on and all.. Ready to do some hardcore shoveling.
    go outside, and the tenant in the basement has the whole yard done. she loves snow apparently. lol. crazy part is, we have a snow blower that we both cant seem to start. haha. 🙂 have a good day!

    1. The Corporate Relay Challenge is Saturday at 5:30 pm at the CEPS – it would be great to have another cheerleader there with me 🙂

    1. Is it only me but that snow was easy to shovel because of the virtual shoveling. Or was it only because it was fluffy light snow? 2nd option probably!!!!

    1. Will be there with my CF Moncton tshirt and lots of cheering energy – the more cheerleaders the merrier 🙂

      I am in the same boat. I would have loved the coaching on technique. So I’ll just resort to tight aerodynamic clothes and hope that helps me…hahaha

    1. Thanks Steph. I struggled with the hang power snatch. I have such difficulty getting underneath the bar…pratice..practice…practice!

    Got it overhead pretty good, but little wobbly on the squat.

    1. I LOVE these kind of days. In my opinion, the best way to practice a movement is repetitiveness over a good period of time. There’s usually hardly enough time to practice anything before or after our WODs.

      Some might say there’s repetitiveness IN the WODs, but you’re going to time. Not technique. And there’s not time for coaching and feedback.

      So yes, I’d like to see more of these. Maybe not every week, but once in a while for sure.

    Started at 65# and built up to 160#.
    My old snatch pr was 155, so getting a pr from the hang means my snatch should increase. Yay!

    Great job tonight everyone. I’m happy to see so many people working on form, even if it meant sticking with a lower weight.

    I also heard feedback that people like these kind of days. What do you think? More of them?

    Matched my PR but this time was easier. Also happy i matched because i haven’t done snatches since i hurt my back.

    Kept going back and forth between 65 and up to 75 to get proper form. Was also jumping to high. Went back to the stick a few times.
