This Saturday, the workout will include a bicycle! But, it’s BYOB (we don’t have a class set of bikes). If you don’t have a bike, you can still come. We’ll have an alternate movement for you.

    Everything felt great today including my shoulder.

    Wall balls were 15-10-8-7 for first set, 10-10-5-5-5-5 for second
    Med ball cleans were sets of 10-15 with quick breaths in between
    Burpees I went as fast as I could lol
