    Very happy with the consistency here! Except for #2. I was a tad too conservative on that one.

    wod spent alot of time deciding between rowing and running/shuffling and decided on the later.. however after starting knees felt amazing so kept it up.. first “real” run (running on toes) since surgery last october.. felt great, however I believe tomorrow I will pay dearly!
