If we ever fall under chemical warfare, we can breathe easy. This was one of the many skills we learned at the Goruck Constellation event. Immediately after this picture, we got pepper sprayed. For reals.

    28:06 total time, rested 2 mins until after after 5 rounds then rested 2:20, rested 3 mins after round 9 to try to go full speed for round 10.

    Rested 2 min between rounds1-2 and 2-3 then reduced each rest by 10 seconds.

    Should have started the 3 min rest at round 5.

  5. Well, I thought I was doing sprints this morning but ended up doing 400m of weighted crab walk with 30#. Took a little over half an hour I think? Terrible idea. Who comes up with these things? Oh right….

    Then ran a VERY slow mile.

    Wod was some what modified . Just a jog instead of a sprint.

    Fastest time was my last @ 50 sec
    Slowest was my first @ 55 sec

    Was taking 1 min breaks in between

  9. 1st time sharing 🙂 but happy with the progress i’m making in my running-it’s my biggest nemesis/struggle.
    Best-1.10
    Worst-1.18
    total time-28.40 min including breaks- 1st time i ran a mile month or so ago was over 15 min.

    Things got progressively worse after the 6th round.. I developed an achey cramping issue in my hamstring.. not life threatening.. just quite annoying
