Sports Bootcamp

CFM Kids is proud to offer the Maximum Potential Sports Bootcamp!

A 4-week program designed to increase an athlete’s Mobility, Strength, Endurance, Agility and Speed by applying CrossFit techniques and principles in a fun, educational and intense environment!
The program starts Tuesday, August 29 and will run Tuesdays, Fridays & Sundays until September 24th!
