    During warm-up was able to get 10 strict chin-ups in-a-row for the first time in approx 2 years.

    Last time I worked on jerks about a month ago, I didn’t feel comfortable going over 30#’s on my wrist, but today felt WAY better on my wrist at 40#.

    Min 2 – 15 Leg Levers
    Min 3 – 30 Double Unders (30 / 26 / 30)

    First time doing doubles since March!

    Wod I used 20# for my right arm only (1 arm split dumb bell jerks)
    20 leg levers
    30 doubles – all rounds were unbroken

    EMOM for 9 min
    Min 1 – 8-10 DB Split Jerks #50. 10 no problem
    Min 2 – 15-20 Leg Levers 20 no problem
    Min 3 – 30 Double Unders -finished these around 30 second mark and did 30 in 2-3 attempts.

    65/75/85/95/100/110/120 (PR) — nearly hit 125 but my left arm wouldn’t lock out.

    WOD
    DB split jerks at 20# — should have gone a bit heavier
    20 leg levers
    Double under — one minute of attempts (broke my rope on the first set)

    Run 200m
    10 Pullups(ring rows)
    Fastest 2:35
    Slowest 2:45
    My legs were not a big fan of the squats! I broke up the first 3 rounds in sets of 10, then pushed through unbroken the last two rounds..
    2:35, 2:40, 2:45, 2:39, 2:37
    Then I did the APFT and improved my score from 229 to 246.. I need a 250… Sooo Close!
