Challenge seems to bring out the best in our members, and that makes me damn proud of our group. Everyone did things way out of their comfort zones and it was amazing to be a part of that!

  1. So proud of everyone yesterday! What a great day. Krystal killing it on the monkey bars, Jo getting up on that rope, Amanda running through the woods like it was nothing! Cara smokin the wall climbs, Marie-No making everything look easy..I could go on and on.. Jeff swearing he’d never do it again and here he is :). Shane being the beast he is and always giving support. Kevin taking off like a bat out of hell haha! CAM getting out of his comfort zone πŸ™‚ I can’t wait to talk to everyone else on their experience!

    1. Love this post! I grew up in the country…running through the woods is second nature to me, that’s what I spent my summers doing! πŸ™‚ Burpees on rocks though, that was new territory for me. lol

      The girls in our group getting up the rope was one of my favorite parts. And you and Joanna with your fear of heights…I was so happy when you guys rang the bell at the top! So proud of you both!

      I’m hoping for an even bigger group at Spartan from CFM next year… registration will be open soon!! πŸ˜€

    All thrusters done in sets of 5, L-pullups were mosty single reps, few doubles here and there. Thought the L-pullups would go much faster, I think I could finish this one if I were to stick to 10 thrusters on the minute for both rounds.
