    Tried some OHS but my left knee is my loving life. I subluxed my patella on Sunday so no squats for a little 🙁

    15-15-20 …weight was pretty light but those things are weird, can’t even imagine how awkward it would be in a wod

    WOD: emotm 14 min
    8 burpess – every round was 18 or 19 seconds
    8 wall balls @ 14# – every round between 17-19 seconds

    Today was a great class, it was fun to really work on speed since the reps were low and that was my first time using 14# for wall balls.

    Also fun trying to catch Maria on burpees – you’re so fast!!
