    The first half felt pretty good. I felt like a truck hit me after the deadlifts. By the way, I almost got hit by a pickup and a dump truck on Rideout. So could have shaved a few seconds off 😉

    Calf/achilles was feeling tight so I stepped down for every box jump, rebounding will make a difference for next time! Annnnd surprisingly didn’t hate deadlifts quite as much as normal haha, win!
