    1. I kept telling myself ‘there’s no way this little bugger can finish her last round before me if she’s not scaling her run or rounds’… but you did finish 6 seconds before and if it wasn’t fot that I would of probably took longer! Good job!

    Ok, it felt good…too good!
    I realized on the way home I accidentally took 60% of my Shoulder Press instead of my Push Press!…so I really should have been doing 95# in this WOD.
    Still, running felt pretty good as did the pull-ups so it was still a good workout.
