Open Gym
Warm up + mobility + extra leg mobility
Pull-ups, singles done throughout OG, total = 10 (PR of +6!)
Max unbroken 10# 10′ wall balls
16, 21 counting 9′
Then dropped it by accident
17, 20 counting 9′
Apparently these needs way more work than. I thought! Next EMOM idea?

Snatch Sunday:
Built up to 55# snatch and just worked in my form (which needs a lot of work!)
Used 37.5 in the WOD and tried to focus on my form and footwork. Hopefully some small progress made 🙂
Thanks Matt!

175 felt awesome, best snatches have felt in forever, the 185 went up easy but couldn’t stabilize it.

Was intimidated walking into a full snatch workout as I feel uneasy about my form but left feeling motivated about my progress. By the end I felt the muscle memory coming together and overall confidence about my form was boosted. Needed these practice reps.
Thx for help Matt.
