  1. Open Gym

Warm up + mobility + extra leg mobility

Pull-ups, singles done throughout OG, total = 10 (PR of +6!)

Max unbroken 10# 10′ wall balls
    16, 21 counting 9′
    Then dropped it by accident

    17, 20 counting 9′

Apparently these needs way more work than. I thought! Next EMOM idea?

  2. Snatch Sunday:
Built up to 55# snatch and just worked in my form (which needs a lot of work!)

Used 37.5 in the WOD and tried to focus on my form and footwork. Hopefully some small progress made 🙂

    Thanks Matt!

  3. Wu and mobility
    Worked on some wallballs 20 & 30#
    Extra mobility

    10am class
    Great fun Wu Matt (hooverball)

175 felt awesome, best snatches have felt in forever, the 185 went up easy but couldn’t stabilize it.

    Wod 3 position snatch
    1 HH
    1 mid hang
    1 full
    95/105/115/125/125

    Great class, thanks Matt!

  4. Snatch Sundays are my favorite ❤

    Snatch 1RM

    85-105-115-125-135-145-155-165#(f)(f)(f)

155# was solid and 165# was close but not today, I have it tho! (160# is current PR)

    E2M 3 position snatch:
    85-95-105-115-115#

    Fun morning!
    Thanks Matt 😘

  5. In 15 minutes build to a heavy 1 rep snatch

  6. First 15 min – build to heavy 1RM snatch
    – spent practicing form
    Stick
    15lb
    25lb
    35lb

    E2M for 10 min @ 50/55/60/65/65 %
    H hang
    Mid hang
    Full

    15/20/25/30/35lb

Was intimidated walking into a full snatch workout as I feel uneasy about my form but left feeling motivated about my progress. By the end I felt the muscle memory coming together and overall confidence about my form was boosted. Needed these practice reps.

    Thx for help Matt.
