  3. Did a class at CrossFit exertion in Halifax.

    Hero wod ” Bull”
    2 rounds
    200 doubles ( scaled to 300 singles)
    50 OHS #75
    50 pull ups. ( Second round did jumping)
    1 Mile run ( rowed 1800 m cuz shin splints).
    Time: 45:35
    Ouch!

    1. Yesterday did CrossFit onside ” competitive class”
      3RM push press.
      95-115-135-155-165-175 ( think that’s a PR got to check).
      Then tell jerk. 7×2
      #45-45-65-65-85-85-85

      Then Wod.
      5 rounds of Cindy.
      3 round of ” DT”. ~15:07

      ~5 min rest.
      Then 27-21-15-9
      Wall ball #20
      HSPU. Shoulder was toast do use box.

      Was 4 rest from finishing at 12 min cap.
