    Nice to just work on technique at fairly manageable weight.

    Got 9/10. The one “miss” I caught it in a power snatch and did an OHS the rest of the way.

    On the last lift I had an overhead squat battle with Rob Brydges, I got 9 and he got 8 :).

    Got 9/10. Like Blake’s post above, the one β€œmiss” I caught it in a power snatch and did an OHS the rest of the way.

    many lift attempts at 35lbs – Amanada’s tip time (Thank you so much – focus on going slow on the deadlift portion)

    1 x 50 (failed 1st, but got it on the 2nd lift)
    1 x 55 (failed both times)

    Score = 8/10

    This is the move that I am most afraid of. Loved this WOD – really helped to build confidence (no time to think – just enough time to do the next lift).
